SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within South Africa

3DMEUP delivers orders throughout South Africa using tracked courier services.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery: R99 per order.

Free standard delivery: Available on qualifying orders of R770 or more.

Express delivery: R150 per order.

The delivery option and final charge displayed at checkout will apply to your order.

Processing and dispatch

Our products are manufactured in small batches, and some products are printed to order. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders containing multiple products will normally be dispatched together once every item is ready. Large orders, unusually busy periods or production interruptions may require additional preparation time. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery times and tracking

Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from the 2–5 business-day production period.

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Regional and remote areas may take longer than major centres. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may also cause delays.

Tracking information will be provided once the courier has collected the order.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete physical delivery address, the recipient’s name and a working telephone number at checkout.

Customers are responsible for additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient or a refused delivery.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the parcel or product is damaged, an item is missing, or you received the wrong product, contact 3DMEUP within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the problem.

Please keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved.

International delivery

International delivery is available to supported destinations at the rate displayed at checkout, currently R310.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
